Returns Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL BUT In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable UNMOUNTED condition, all original packaging including lugs, locks, manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. THERE WILL BE A 35% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ITEMS.


*All warranties offered on rims are a manufacturer warranties and are not offered by TIRE WHEELS DEPOT. All warranty issue's must have a RMA #. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost back and forth on all warranty issue items. All warranty exchanges are the sole discretion of the manufacturer. TIRE WHEELS DEPOT is not responsible for any warranty exchanges or decision made by the manufacturer.


All shipping originates from 95205 zip code. Shipment will be either UPS, Estes Express, USPS or Daylight Transport. Some larger items will ship via Estes Express or Daylight Transport. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment

Wheel Balancing:

TIRE WHEELS DEPOT is not responsible for wheels that are out of balance due to shipping and handling. Customer's are responsible to take up any claims with the shipping company within 24 hours. Customer's are responsible for all costs of rebalancing the wheels.
